Why isn't "ship" option showing up in Paypal?

Just had a buyer purchse something from me. Not from ebay, but through the LEM swap forum. He is verfied with a confirmed shipping address, but there is no "ship" option under the "actions" column.

Any particular reason that someone would know of? I am spoiled by the ease of shipping through Paypal and I hate having to go down to the post office to ship anything.

Ah, never mind - I didn't have the "Services" or "Quasi-Goods" ship-options checked in my shipping preferences.

*Thought it was some kind of bug with the new version of Exploder. ;-)
