I treated it as a serious question about where DJT would go if he felt he absolutely had to get out of the country. Do we still lack an extradition treaty with Brazil? I picked Saudi Arabia as the most likely country that was on the list. He could go there on a business visit and just stay.

Do we have any actual limits on former presidents traveling? It seems to me that if Trump were to be indicted, a judge could demand that he surrender his passport as a condition of bail. Can a federal court unilaterally declare that somebody's passport is no longer valid?

If Trump runs from the USA he would only run to one place - one of his hotels. So he could live the same life as in the USA and still be the boss of everything.
