The House of Representatives of the 117th U.S. Congress adopted one article of impeachment against Trump of "incitement of insurrection", stating that he had incited the January 6 attack of the U.S. Capitol.

Jan 13th 2021 (that was just last year)

I think the most likely indictments are the Espionage Act violations (lots of counts) and the conspiracy to interfere with the presidential election in Georgia. There is plenty of evidence, they are serious crimes, and the former is a little embarrassing to the right wingers who would otherwise have to defend his actions.
