Rep. Lauren Boebert Mocked For Wanton Abuse Of The English Language
Boebert…was reciting a passage from Romans that…referred to “wanton killing.” Except Boebert pronounced it more like “wonton".

She actually said she had no idea what a "wonton killing" (wanton killing) was. That's what people are mocking, not her accent.

follow the link and see the video - it's VERY embarrassing for her. She stops an over-the-top dramatic bible reading for the aside, "I don't really know what a Wonton killing is..."
