To me it looks like there is one female in the front row.

Seems like the black suits and white shirts are all identical, are these government issued uniforms? Surprisingly there is some variation in the neckties.

I find it amazing that this style of suit for men, developed by the West, is the main uniform for Communist members in China and N Korea.
