Poll numbers so bad. We can’t have another 4 years of ORANGE.
Isn’t some Dem going to step forward?

The cons think Biden can beat him, but not any other candidate.

2 very strong and capable Dem leaders have stepped forward for 2024. Their names are Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Polls don't mean much right now for fall 2024.

so have Mary Williamson & RFK Jr.
2 more bad choices. Me thinks the party is giving directives to the rank & file, just like they did to JB in '20. Don't upset the apple cart. But with the aggressive and infinite access of modern media, who in their right mind ....? Pretty soon media will be commenting on dirty mismatched socks. Nothing really matters, and what if it did?

Betting odds at this point aren't probably much more of a predictor than the current polls but the betting odds now favor Biden over Trump:
https://www.covers.com/politics/us-elect...tting-odds Joe Biden +175 36.36% I know, I know. Just looking for something positive to latch onto since the polls are so disheartening.

that sounds like what the dems were thinking in '20 with HRC.
I keep hoping the dems will wtfu

pop vote got her nowhere.
dems lost by disregarding the strength of the dangerous idiot in the midwest. and of all people that warned them, biG Michael Moore. fuzzuck the EC. I wonder why the dems didn't scream that the '16 election was stolen ...? oh ... wait ...

People like Bill Maher and zillions of other's claiming to "hold their noses" to justify voting for her. That's like being a Lakers fan but hating the team on the court. When it's time for you to cheer, you just point out some other flaw. People roasting Jay z, Beyonce and LeBron James for being enthusiastic about her and "caping" for Democrats. Because of course. There's not difference between Republicans and Democrats. All that tells me is too many chose to not take the existential, massive threat of Trump seriously enough. Not taking seriously that this one despicable human being could destroy our existence as a democracy. In politics, you win with "capital." It's not money but it's mindshare. In America today, you're either giving it to one side or the other. Crapping on your own candidate gives it to Republicans. That's money and mindshare in their pockets. I haven't even talked about the actual cheating, stealing and corruption that worked against her.

If the economy tanks and the overdue and inevitable recession starts, Biden will get the blame, and his numbers will crash. The Republicans know it and will do everything possible to bring about an economic downturn - like letting the US default.
