Donald Trump is not a winner

Well, some Republicans are openly taking on the cult. We'll see if they get any traction.

"As a former chairman of the S.C. Republican Party, take it from me: We need a winner at the top of the ticket next year.

.....

Former President Donald Trump, however, is not a winner. In fact, he’s the only candidate in the Republican presidential field who can lose to President Biden — and that’s a risk we can’t afford to take."

Then let him run, please!

Well Barry, what do you think the guy who tried to pull off a coup to stay in power would do if he didn't get the Republican nomination? Especially a guy that is counting on being a candidate for president to shield him and give him at least a temporary pass on the courts? 99% likely Trump would run as an independent if he didn't get the Republican nomination, Barry. Trump has basically made it so that the Republican Party likely loses if they nominate him and it likely loses if they don't nominate him.

I certainly hope that is correct Ted, but we were dumb enough to elect him once. ..

Dumb is a nice way to put it.

Only half of us were.

What is amazing is that if he had just sat on his hands and NOT lied about the election and not tried to flip the election with violence and bogus electors and not hoarded top secret documents and lied about it he possibly could have won this next election. He still has a shot at it and if that happens all bets are off.

They've reworked voting rights laws to make it "more" possible to steal the election.

Less than half. The less-than-half that gets extra votes.
