What would you do? (accept an expensive gift)

A generous coworker got it in his head to buy a Blackberry ($499 through cell provider) to give to me/my daughter...no strings attached. (Yes, really.) I gave him a can of chicken soup I had in my desk drawer when he had a cold, but this is over the top. He won't take no for an answer. What can I do to convince him otherwise? It's just not "right".
