I'm getting so damned sick of 'apps'.
Everywhere I go, I'm told I should get the app. Whenever I buy something, it comes with an app. Every store has an app. Every website has an app. Every tech item comes with an app. My car came with an app.
I just went to the kitchen to check - no, my bananas do not have an associated app, but it's only a matter of time...
get off my lawn dammit!

I just bought a headphone amp for my guitar and the newer version comes with an app. But after watching a few videos, I’m glad it does. There are only so many things you can modify with buttons on the unit itself, but the app allows you to tweak numerous settings to customize it.
