Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly… poor Elmo
#1
SpaceX’s 400-foot spacecraft, composed of both the Starship vehicle and Super Heavy rocket, launched just after 6:30 p.m. ET Thursday. SpaceX lost communication with Starship just over nine minutes after launch and suffered another catastrophic failure during today’s test launch mission…

… an omen?

Maybe, but not a good one.

Ironically, Musk and Trump's economy is headed to a Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly, too.

CNN

Video shows debris from an unmanned SpaceX rocket that exploded in the sky. The Federal Aviation Administration has halted flights into Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Orlando airports for "falling space debris."

I feel bad for all the people working hard on this who isn't Musk and those doooshbags he's using to help him steal from America.

It would be a travesty if Tesla and SpaceX fails (with respect to their original missions). Could've easily had a legacy as great as Apple and Jobs, but threw it away so needlesly. Just a god damn shame.

SpaceX is private, but Tesla isn't. I don't think stockholders are going to be able to tolerate Musk destroying their investments. He's jumped the shark. There's no coming back from this for him unless he breaks down and understands.

Does he have enough shares to control everything?

He holds about 13% of the stock for Tesla. In some companies that can be a controlling share, don't know about that for Tesla. The stock remuneration deal that was shot down in court would have given him about 25% of the stock. With some of his recent actions reflecting badly and hurting Tesla sales, some of his supporters within the stockholders may be reconsidering that support.
