For example, Catholic Church? yeah, obvious. Wiccan? maybe, but why Wiccan, and not BeerChurch? Where is the line.

Why would they?

There are a lot of churches, but they haven't historically been large purchasers of IT equipment. Some of them are probably still using mimeographs.

If you are ordering several computers you may be able to get a discount. There's often a person at Apple Stores who is authorized to make such deals.

Lots of organizations get discounts from Apple.
I can get them through Printing Industries of Northern CA.
However, the discount the offer is only AS HIGH AS 8%, and therefore less enticing than ordering from Amazon with a rebate, and avoiding sales or use tax*.

*technically not legal
