I'm so pissed off. I was told that as soon as I got my G5 to FedEx they would send Apple the tag # and my computer would go out the next day and that I should get it within three or four days.
Since I hadn't heard anything from Apple, I called them and was told that they only just got the shipping notice from FedEx today and that I should have called them with the tracking number on Friday if I wanted to speed things up.
It would have been nice if the Replacement Team Member that I spoke to had told me that.
In the meantime there's no indication of any shipping date for my replacement.
Based on what I was told on Friday. I thought I'd have my new computer tomorrow.
This sucks.
