"LOST" question
#1
I burned through the first season on DVD stupidly thinking they were past the third season and I could just grab the second and continue on (good stuff-- wish I'd have paced myself). An eBay search made me realize that the 2nd season is not yet commercially available (partly due to it still being in progress).
Question-- since this is basically "free" programming (as opposed to cable fare) what is the legality of "sharing"?
Thanks!

I don't know the answer to your question, but you should be aware of another option;

iTMS carries LOST...

I'm in a self-imposed spending freeze this month, but next month I plan to purchase Season 2 of LOST via iTMS.

Will season 2 be complete by then?
Is it 99¢ an episode?
Can it be viewed in decent quality on a real mac?
Thanks.

Illegal, but as sins go, it seems pretty minor, considering that most people have access to it, and could just record it...

I don't know, but I plan on watching season 2 slower than I slammed through season 1 from netflix... so by the time I reach the end, it may be.

I believe so, but haven't verified it.

That is my impression, but again, I have not yet verified it due to my "spending freeze".

$1.99 per episode.... Not exactly a bargain - but when I missed an episode, I found $1.99 a price I was willing to pay.

We went through season one via rentals... sweet having it without commercials and without the time gaps (the big ones with 3 reruns in the middle expecially)...

Watching it on TV is still good - but notice how slow they lead you along.

next week's episode ought to be interesting or find out that stupid thing is just that.

Is there a mod responsible for deleting spoilers before they detonate?

Dopey? Sneezy? . . .

There are a couple of free iTunes videos available, you can check the quality that way.
They look darn good to me.

So, is there really no way to bu the episodes one by one?
And, how does that work again-- if I purchase on one mac can I d/l to another? Or can I re-download to a second?
Thx. . .
BGR, can I expect the format and quality of the show to be the same as these samples?
