firefox 1.5.0.1 really nice

Just installed it on my G5. Runs as fast, if not faster than Safari. It's a bit more compatible with other websites (particularly those who are windows centric).

Otherwise, it's a nice browser app, IMO.

Have you tried ant downloads? It crashes every time I try to download on my Dual G4 867 and 450 Mhz Cube running under 10.3.9.

I'm a big Opera guy but I gotta admit, I like this latest version of Firefox. It's fast on a Mac and it's fast in Linux as well.

If you do ANY web development, install the "FireBug" extension. It lets you highlight and identify page elements. One of the biggest problems with AJAX and other JS based pages is that you can't just do a "View Source" to see what could be wrong. This extension lets you do that for any element/div on the page. Plus, it's also really helpful if you are trying to figure out where a table layout might have gone wrong.
