We will have a President elect, the isn't that great/doesn't that suck threads should be done, all the Kool-Aid will have been downed, along with the crow and all we will have for a couple of months will be lame duck.

Then the real work will begin. The winner will have to roll up his sleeves and try to deliver on all the promises. The first 100 days should be interesting. No matter who wins, I hope it doesn't turn out to be more of the same, nothing constructive getting done, but I think that is a distinct possibility. We will see.

After the Inauguration of President Palin and Vice President Who the Heck Cares in 2013, we'll have four years of blaming Obama. And Clinton. And maybe Bush.

Of course, the real blame belongs with our Congresscritters, and ultimately with us, the electorate. We elect these wankers in the vain hope that they will do something that will benefit us instead of themselves and their owners,,, uh, donors.
