A follow up to this thread:

I looked through the files on the computer and found a hardware reference which describes in great detail how to open the case and upgrade or replace just about everything, including the processor and mother board. Everything but the power supply. Nowhere in the documentation does it say anything about voiding the warranty, so I guess I'm good to go. I going to run the system for awhile to make sure everything works before I install the cards.
