3rd gen Nano, what is the media inside?
#1
CF? I may want to upgrade from the 4 that is in it. The squarish plastic one, not the aluminum tall thin one.

Media inside?

Chock full o' MP3s, music files, of course!

I think it is a chip soldered to the board.

The mini is the one where you can take out the micro drive and put a CF instead.

How is the relationship going? any positive developments? good luck

ditto to what space-time said. The mini was the model with the CF microdrive (easily replaceable with standard CF). Nanos use a non-replaceable flash card.

well crap. It was free, so no reason to complain.

you could try selling it on ebay as a "broken ipod nano". There seems to be a big market for all sorts of broken ipods.

no, works just fine, I have hardly used it in the last year since it was new. I was just thinking of a 16 gig CF card and leaving it in my car instead of a $300 CD changer added to my trunk. My Sable has one of those pod stereos. '99.

Mental image overhaul . . .

yeah, but it has the big 200 horsepower DOHC V-6, as opposed to the standard 145 hp V-6. I do have the 3 Buicks though. I did drive a Topaz...... but I reclaimed my cojones after the divorce.... Took them right out of her purse I did ;-)

Kidding, it was the ex's dad's car. Got it really cheap with very low miles.
