How did this guy get to be in charge of Microsoft? Surely he isn't an idiot, but he has me fooled.

He seems to think that the 'HD' in Zune HD has to do with the video display. Apparently no one told him that the HD in the name refers to the HD Radio receiver that is baked into the device.
He also needs to update his marketshare stats that he quotes. Macs are about 10% of the market now. That might explain why MS seems to be so out of touch.

his "HD" zune looked like a brick with a screen. When you hold up any new ipod/iphone product its like "ooooh aaaaaah". You hold up this new zune and its like "that might have been cool 5 years ago".
They seem to have the latest technology they could borrow rolled into a case designed by Stevie Wonder.
