This will be interesting. If the FCC decides GV is a telco, then they're SOL.

Common in the midwest. Free conference calls use them and partner with them so they can offer free calls - both the telco and the conference call company make their money off of the high connection fees they charge the carriers. They charge much higher fees, though still legal.
