Do you like this car interior/dash?

Looks like our Aura.

It's nice to see a car interior that doesn't look like it was photographed in black&white when it's actually a full-color image.

Minor nit-picks:
The instrument cluster seems a bit "busy" and over-styled, and I wonder how many reflections are generated at night off those nacelles in which the instruments are mounted.
The HVAC controls are mounted a bit lower than I like on the center pod, plus they seem to bit a bit spread out.

Otherwise, it looks okay to me.

the crappy blue LCD dash display gives the maker away, they have been using the same thing since 1984

i dont like the HVAC locations either, too far away from the driver -- and you change HVAC multiple times per day -- radio is on the wheel...

Yes, I like it, but I've seen the spoiler.

I am sure it is not a display that has been sold in the USA since 1984. Have any proof of your claim?

It looks too busy and not very ergonomic to me. Kind of what Microsoft tries to do when copying and "improving" on Apple.

looks like the dash was designed by a gamer PC modder.

I don't like it when the gauges are down in binnacles. I like it when you can look at them all in a glance. The AC controls are too complex. I rented a Nissan Sentra and it had easy to use controls.

When it comes to style alone I can understand how some people would like the look of that dash, even though to me it's way too garish. But, maybe because I'm old-school about driving, I don't get having an automatic transmission in a "sporty" car. Real men drive sports cars with stick shifts. Okay, that may be a bit hyperbolic but you gotta admit that having a tach in an automatic is almost entirely about looks and not much at all about function. Even with my stick shift Miata, I only use the tach occasionally.
