No coupe anymore? If they were aiming for the Civic and the Focus I think they missed the boat making it a sedan.

I got a 2008-9 cobalt as a rental car last week. What a POS! The interior was garbage, bad placement, awkward buttons, horrible seats etc. The materials felt cheap and were. Everything rattled. I can see why chevy is in so much trouble. My 8 year old accord is put together so much better it is amazing that chevy is still around.

You do realize that your Accord base price starts at $10k more than the Cobalt, and fully loaded vs fully loaded the Accord rings in at almost $20k more. You can't compare those two cars together. Go drive a new Malibu and report back with how it compares to the Accord.
