9 times out of 10 that's the easiest thing to do if you don't succeed initially. I'm not going to waste my time arguing with vendors when I already pay American Express to do it for me.

I got a Dyson Animal DC-14 from WOOT about 2 years ago. It worked great right out of the box, and it was a Dyson factory refurb. Still does an awesome job. I get about 50% more stuff in the canister when I vacuum vs my old POS bagless vac,

That reminds me, I need to dispute something with them. I got set of batteries from them and two were leaking when they arrived. Plus they don't hold a charge worth a darn. I get maybe 10 flashes out of my flash. The company said they were sending me new ones, but I haven't seen those yet...

We have the DC14 as well (not from Woot). It is fine, just not the best for steps or under beds.
