I have a huge jar from Sam's for $3.69 or so. After the jalapeños are gone, there is a bunch of juice left. I hate to pour it down the sink.
What to do with 1/2 gallon of pickled jalapeño juice?

I would be tempted to use it to brine some meat and then grill it.

Cook a chicken in it. Let it simmer and boil down. Make chicken chili with your favorite recipe.
While boiling, take a hand towel and drape over back of your head, and breathe in the steam to clear up your sinuses and kill your zits.

Thanks, AAA. That is a good site. I am going to try the boiled egg thing. I used to see them in a beer joint when I was a kid and there was no way I would have eaten one of them, but I would try one of my own. I also think I'll marinate some pork chops in it.
