I heard a prosecutor (I think) last week say if no one came forward from the group and turned the others in, they would all be tried for murder 1.

That's the way it goes with murder. All 3 are guilty if it occurs while commiting a felony.
actually, we have 3 felonies. Armed robbery, murder and committing a felony with a firearm is a second felony I believe. (as opposed to beating someone to death with a bat) That's 3 strikes in one incident.

Breaking news! The third person that had been identified - the woman - just turned herself into the police in one of the smaller towns near where the murder was committed. A little earlier they were assuming she was still down in California, where the other two men are being held. The fourth person has now apparently been identified, too, but he hasn't been apprehended yet. I also heard that police have made a clear connection between this case and the one up in Lake Stevens that M A V I C posted about originally.
