Scariest design for a web banner in a long, long time (corporate websites)

Only speed I'm offered in Toast is 4X on Samsung BeAll 16X DVD-Rs. My Taiyo Yudens, OTOH are rated at 8X but seem happy to burn at 12X (Pioneer DVR-108).

I went to the Pioneer faq but was scared off by this banner:
