I have had hot pepper jelly on nice crackers with cream cheese. Was VERY tasty. The cool fatty cream cheese was a great counter to the hot sweet jelly.

I was just thinking of posting about the same event! I enjoy garlic but I stop at ice cream, cookies, smoothie, or the likes of that flavor.

That is awesome that you are making such interesting things. Where'd you get the recipes? Or did you come up with them on your own? The brittle sounds really good!

candied jalapeno w/ dark chocolate coating
spicy maple bacon toffee brittle
hot pepper chocolate ice cream w/ candied cayenne garnish
closeup of ice cream showing dark chocolate (70%) bits and candied peppers
UnDoug-they are all modifications of existing recipes.
Anyone in the Reading, PA area want to try some???
