Now if we were talking about TV's 46" and over, I would agree that anybody that buys one that is not 1080p is getting junk, but they still sell. Re: why some many PC laptops have 15.6" LED-Backlit (1366x768) Display - RAMd®d - 11-27-2011 Odd, seems to work fine on the nearly 10" iPad. 960x640 seems to work fine, too. On an iPhone. But on a 15.6" display? Maybe not so much. Re: why some many PC laptops have 15.6" LED-Backlit (1366x768) Display - silvarios - 11-28-2011 RAMd®d wrote: Weren't you referencing an 11" MBA as well? If you feel a 15" display with the same res as the 11" doesn't cut it, what about the comparison between a 10" and 11" with such disparate resolutions? Re: why some many PC laptops have 15.6" LED-Backlit (1366x768) Display - sunfalcon - 11-28-2011 Umm, my new 13" MBA is 1440x900 - MUCH better than the 15" screens on PC laptops. Many even less expensive. Some not very good, some surprisingly capable given the prices. Re: why some many PC laptops have 15.6" LED-Backlit (1366x768) Display - Black - 11-28-2011 Filliam H. If the screen resolution were the only superior attribute, it would be silly to pay so much more. Do you think that's the case? |
