Everyone knows unemployment is still high. It's improving. No one said the problem is solved.

Dealing with bias in graphs should be done on a case by case basis. In this case, as was said, a trend is identified and there is no transgression involved in the numbers chosen. it goes one percent above and one percent below the applicable two percent measured.

Oops, that was a homemade graph I slapped together late last night. I see now I got the legend on the bottom wrong, it's supposed to be "Jan 2010, Jan 2011, Jan 2012"
