Last week was good - consistently down below 200 lbs on the scale, and getting back to biking.

Hi everyone,

Speaking of belts, my weight loss has nearly brought me down a notch. Fortunately, my favorite belt has two more notches on it. I dread the thought of having to put another notch in to make it tighter because it's a very tough, heavyweight leather model from Duluth Trading.

Not cheap but well worth the investment. It's held up better than any other day to day general use belt I've owned over the years. I think I'd need an industrial hole punch to put another notch into it.

Your body is more precious than the belt. Hole punch away.
