Yeah, sorry, not the ATM machine PIN number Wink

Originally I thought the 3 digit code was to hamper theft by not letting the person that saw your card to see the code on the back too. Of course, places like a restaurant, where you give them your card... wouldn't work.

That's another neat trick of Apple's (though it may not be limited to their card).

All that relevant info is in the app on your 'Phone.

You access it in the app via Touch or Face (I assume) ID.

Enter the information and Bob's your uncle.

You can scrape off the security code.

My citi card has my name on the front but everything else printed on the back, no raised letters. I'll see how long it lasts in my wallet
