Re: Nascar/redneck true story from this weekend. - OWC Jamie - 03-29-2006 They needed a bright blue tarp. With a little imagination, one could make believe they were in the caribean after a hurricane. Re: Nascar/redneck true story from this weekend. - JoeBob - 03-29-2006 Lux, my parents were raised on the farm, but they tried really hard to keep the kids off the farm. And my "real" nickname is a lot worse than JoeBob. ;-) Re: Nascar/redneck true story from this weekend. - JoeBob - 03-29-2006 billb, the tarp is a great idea! Sounds like a gag wedding gift for sure. Hmm, when will I be near Lowes or Home Depot? Camo would be much better. Wonder if Harbor Freight has a bridal registry? In fact, we had NASCAR call us a couple of years ago and offer to put on a pizza party for all our family and friends, any and everyone we cared to invite, to watch a race as long as NASCAR could come and interview the participants and monitor their reactions. I told them that of the 50 to 100 people I could think of to invite there was not one that had ever expressed an interest in NASCAR so we declined their offer. I realize NASCAR is one of the most attended events in sport, exceeding most major sport leagues in attendance and revenue. I love my Jetta Diesel. I hate gas guzzling race cars. |
