I'm inclined to agree this is something HR should know about. Just the fact that it has made one person uncomfortable is enough. How many other people have been caught in this dilemma by Mr. Generous? It's a weird thing to be doing.

Its written in the forum bylaws that all posters will be assumed to be male until they can prove otherwise.
