Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - chopper - 08-24-2010 According to this CNN video report. Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - C(-)ris - 08-24-2010 If I want to see video news I will turn on a TV. Why don't they have articles to go along with the videos? Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - Will Collier - 08-24-2010 Dunno about $35K, but there are quite a few condos on the beach in the Panhandle for well under $200K these days. Still a lot of money, but a heck of a lot less than they were going for three years ago. Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - freeradical - 08-24-2010 That wouldn't even load for me. Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - Speedy - 08-24-2010 But how much is the condo monthly fee? Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - mstudio - 08-24-2010 That's incredible, I was wondering about the monthly fees, too. A friend had a beautiful condo on Tampa Bay that he had been trying to sell for 850K, he just took 350 for it... We would have taken it for that price if it weren't for the $750/month fees. Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - GGD - 08-24-2010 I wonder home much the Condo association fees are? That is about the same price my parents paid for their last house in 1963. Would you want to live there is the question? Re: Florida Condos For $35k, or less. - rgG - 08-24-2010 Yep, the carrying costs are the question. Taxes, insurance, HOA fees, etc., can add up quickly. |
