If I want to see video news I will turn on a TV. Why don't they have articles to go along with the videos?

Dunno about $35K, but there are quite a few condos on the beach in the Panhandle for well under $200K these days. Still a lot of money, but a heck of a lot less than they were going for three years ago.

That wouldn't even load for me.

But how much is the condo monthly fee?
08-24-2010, 07:48 PM
That's incredible, I was wondering about the monthly fees, too. A friend had a beautiful condo on Tampa Bay that he had been trying to sell for 850K, he just took 350 for it... We would have taken it for that price if it weren't for the $750/month fees.

I wonder home much the Condo association fees are?
That is about the same price my parents paid for their last house in 1963.

I saw foreclosed residential properties listed for $5,000 last winter. Would you want to live there is the question?

Yep, the carrying costs are the question. Taxes, insurance, HOA fees, etc., can add up quickly.
