It's real coffee. But just as some think good wine has a screw top, others prefer certain coffee beans/blends that have been freshly and correctly roasted

Judging by their advertising and packaging, I thought Millstone was always a big, corporate front attempting to get shelf space in the whole bean section of your megamart's shelves. But I guess there are still a few big food brands that are family-run businesses (Smuckers is the example that first comes to mind).

I became a friend of Millstone's founder's daughter at a wedding I photographed. She was one of the bridesmaids. (and one hot teutonic babe too)
Millstone started out as a small local Seattle coffee bean roaster, and just grew. her dad must have sold out and retired, or is running it as a division head.

Folgers is not real coffee. Brown Water that is made from old stale grinds.

It'll go up 30-50ยข in the store.
