I was over there in March, first time since I'd lived in the UK 20-odd years ago. One of the first changes I noticed was, almost all the street crossings in London now have "LOOK RIGHT" or "LOOK LEFT" painted in large letters. Guess the price of patching up all the Americans who were used to "left-right-left" before crossing the street got to be rather expensive...

Have narrowed search down to basic emergency medical coverage plus incidentals for around $250 for 6 months.
