Happy Turkey Day From Sarah Palin
#11
Sorry, I have a pretty good idea where my meat comes from and I am too big a sissy to look.

This is why I never watch horror movies, or war movies, or movies like Fargo or Fatal Attraction etc.

I am famous for my very low Freak Out thresh-hold, I had terrible nightmares all night after watching Gladiator and got no sleep at all. I wanted to kill the friend who told me it was a good movie, she should have known better.

The closest he ever came to a lamb (besides those Wild&Crazy High School days) was ordering a Gyro from the local Falafel stand.

Wait.

Are you seriously questioning that mick e is a farmer?

BGnR has always made up his own versions of other people's lives. He had me pegged as a "secret moderator" at dealmac for simply ages, although why he got that idea I have never actually known.

The key is in the man with hat and sunglasses icon.

Why do we need to kill our own food? Why are we not manly if we don't?

Should we make our own cars, build our own houses, educate our children (exclusively, i.e. college level education)?

Most people barely have time to prepare fresh meat, let alone feed, raise, kill & dress it.

Lux,

mick e never said you need to kill your own food. He did say that an increased understanding of where your food comes from and how it is raised is a beneficial endeavor if you care about things like animal health and welfare.
