I'm posting this from my 32GB, non-3G iPad.

I've had it since Friday.

Meh.

I presume you had some expectations for the device prior to purchase. In what ways did it fail to meet those expectations?

Are you saying that you can't do online postings with an iPad? I can't imagine why that could be so.

Maybe I'm missing something?

Explain!

I want the 3G model, but I'm waiting for them to show up on Craigslist. The downside of living in a poverty stricken area is that few if any Apple products show up on Craigslist...unless they are hot.

I live in an area where there are about 300 or more posts in the Computer section on CL every day. Of those 300, there's probably at least 10 a day for iPads. I don't think I've seen one yet where the asking price is less than the retail price. For some reason, people still seem to think their $629 iPad is worth $800 or more.

Just meant typing can be a PITA, so using a regular laptop or desktop is easier for posting... leaving the 'pad as primarily a reading device.

Thanks for explaining, Buzz. I do get what you're saying about using a virtual keyboard to type, although the iPad's keyboard seems a lot easier to use than the iPhone's. Smile
