The only thing that matters are rings. The reason for the season (so to speak). Kobe has at least 2 more in him.

Time for the Lakers to rebuild...... with the right free agents and trades... they will be right back at the top of the Western Conference. Phil Jackson did the best he could with the talent he had, Outside of Kobe and Odom many of the rest of the guys were inconsistent. One hedge is Gasol he is talented but needs his younger brothers toughness. Bynum is unpredictable and injury prone.. both are slow. Age and injuries has also affected Fisher. I think there will be some house cleaning this Summer.
