Fer heaven's sake! The Dell she got last June was:

She's not trading in her new Dell, which works well for her other video and image files. The question is: Why can't she open the attached .mov file? I doubt it was a problem since VLC also choked on it, but I would make sure QuickTime is up to date. What browser downloaded the file? Any reason to think it specifically is corrupting the download? Can your daughter transfer the video directly to her computer from the iPhone? |
