I have a Citi e-savings that's getting 4.75% right now. Used to have ING, but I moved all but $100 to the Citi e-savings. The Citi account does require a citi checking account (though I already had one that gets direct deposit, thus it's free). The nice thing about the Citi account is I can move money back and forth between accounts instantly, it usually takes 2-3 days to move money from the ING account to my Citi checking account.
