It's illegal to vote the Graveyard. But the Dying and Demented ? OH YEAH !

This morning I was thinking along similar lines to Speedy's response, I started wondering how many cases of real voter fraud would need to occur to affect an election. I would have to think it would need to be in the thousands or tens of thousands nationwide. Even on a state level, it would take thousands probably.

So which would affect elections more, "voter fraud" or the systematic clamping down of voting registration bringing on voter disenfranchisement? There also is the third question/possibility: machine tampering through "experimental" software updates at the last minute.
