I have an older Panasonic (DMP-BD60) that has a video out (yellow RCA) and optical audio out.

I have the same model, is play YouTube but no Netflix. I haven't connected it to the net in a long time to check for firmware updates...

I have had several different Panasonic models over the years... The DMPBDT210 has Netflix plus the other requested features except it has 3D support. Shouldn't matter if you can find one at a decent price.

Hey, it even has a composite out! Perfect! There are a few used ones out there. Thanks!
