Have you pondered building an iMacquarium?

Pre-made tanks are available from jakeharms.com (pricey at $189 - although his has a curved front to match the case, and also includes a light, filter, etc.), or there are fairly easy DIY guides here.

On a related note - here's a picture of my Macquarium
(from 2002 - using a pre-made tank I bought back then. Sorry for the poor picture quality - digital cameras back then left a bit to be desired)

I had thought about a MacQuarium, but I don't really have any place to put one. Maybe I'll make a terrarium out of it, this spring. I wanted to make a cat bed for my daughter's kitty, but she said she didn't have room for it. The iMac shells take up a fair amount of space.

Yep, it is the logic board from a dead original iMac. I had taken it apart to get the shell, possibly to make something out of, and had the insides lying around, so I decided to recycle the logic board into a clock face.

I still haven't done anything with the shell, but I want to. Smile

My kind of gal!
