But otherwise, no. You've missed the mark entirely.

Starting the war in Libya, after Khadaffi made his no nukes deal with US in exchange for peace and security?....

The 2011 revolution was not Obama's fault. It occurred early enough into his presidency that one might reasonably infer that the bulk of the blame would fall on Obama's predecessors. Fundamentally, it was simply ready for a fall. Talk about missing the mark in the most blatant attempt to rewrite history.
As much as an idiocy as we can ascribe to Bush, neither he, nor anybody from his administration had anything to do with Libyan fiasco.
By 2011 Obama was already half way through his first term in office, fully in power, with his own foreign policy, all with Clinton warmongering, being played for two years.

I do give Obama credit that, unlike you, he was able to recognize the Libyan fiasco for the disaster that it was and as much as he could, admit it, a gravest mistake of his regime...
US President Barack Obama has said failing to prepare for the aftermath of the ousting of Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi was the worst mistake of his presidency.

The fact it is that he repeated the same stupid mistake made by Bush invading Iraq, all without having a clue what they were going to do afterwards....
