There's going to be blame all around regarding Life Care Kirkland, but the number one problem is their management. Emails and texts have been leaked that show the director repeating Trump rhetoric, that this looming threat was was just media created hysteria.

Kirkland is a city Northeast of Seattle, that is where the Life Care facility is located (and also the name one of Costco's house brands).

Carson always looks like that. Half the time he talks with his eyes closed. I wonder sometimes if he huffed the anesthesia when he finished his surgeries. He doesn't seem right.
