Small vehicular accident

Good advice so far. Pardon my use of BBCode but...

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, ANYTHING, FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE WEEKS!!!11!!ONE!!ONE!11

That of course, related to insurance claims...

If you feel pain now, you will feel more pain later. About ten years ago I was in a car crash. I felt fine, no pain, no discomfort. That was a Friday night. Saturday or Sunday the other driver's insurance co came to my work and gave me the forms to sign to get $1000 for my car (it wasn't worth that much, so it seemed like a deal.)

I signed.

Come Monday my back started aching. That was followed by years of back pain and discomfort. Permanent (or close to it) damage had been done, but I didn't "feel" it for a couple days. You can only "feel" a very, very small percentage of your body. So the amount of pain you feel really has very little bearing on how much damage has been done.

I would suggest you see a chiropractor. Also, find one that focuses on "wellness" rather than just relieving pain. You will get much better advice and help that way.

I'm sure going to the doctor tomorrow will be just fine if you are not in terrible pain. As someone who has been through this before, several times, I would recommend going though. Ask for xrays and an evaluation of the injury. Track any time you miss from work as the insurance will reimburse you for this. You probably just have sore muscles and need a massage or chiropractic adjustment, but it is best to be sure.

You might also want to evaluate the other persons insurance. If they have high risk insurance or low cost insurance they will be very difficult to deal with. You might have to choose between a long fight or getting a lawyer.

Hopefully they will have good insurance and your treatments will be minor.

Bit of a delay, there.

Greetings from the doctor's office. :-)
