US made N95, available direct from manufacturer

There are KN95 masks with headbands, so don't rely absolutely on that as an indication of filter performance. If nobody buys the US made ones, we might end up in the same (or worse) place next time.

Not suggesting these are in that category - just double check any N95 before you use. This from the Associated Press:

Federal authorities are investigating a massive counterfeit N95 mask operation in which fake 3M masks were sold in at least five states to hospitals, medical facilities and government agencies. The foreign-made knockoffs are becoming increasingly difficult to spot and could put health care workers at grave risk for the coronavirus.
There was a report on NY1 this morning about a whole bunch of counterfeit 3M N95 masks being seized in a raid on a warehouse in NYC.
