DeSantis isn't ready for prime time yet.

Rs might like his talking points but by all accounts he's a cold fish with no charisma in-person.

He needs to work on that and shoot for 2028 for any real chance at being elected.

DeSantis’ crew already had to (quietly) back down with the taxes issue once they realized taxpayers in the affected districts were going to get stuck with a big tax bill.
