![]() Second that, at least for the Passport. A buddy had one, couldn't format it to NTFS on his Windows machine. I was able to format it to FAT32 on my Mac, but then his Wintel couldn't see it at all. A few days later, neither could my Mac. Some weeks later I purchased one for my own use from Costco. It worked at first, but after two days my Mac wouldn't see it at all. Thank goodness for Costco's return policy -- this was the first time I ever made an "it's your problem now" return for anything there.

My passport has been great. It's too slick surface though. The FireLite case is preferred. But for $34 I paid for my 80GB...it's worth it.
